Enemy Detection

Detection by Enemies is a skill based on the Level of Enemy against a Task Difficulty based on the locale. The basic time unit is one week, but time modifiers should be used to keep the chance at 10%

Half the level (u) of any distinctive appearance/trait is a plus to the Enemy Level.

Roll Disguise against Difficulty 5 (hide behind non-obvious disguise) to get a +1 (or success level) to the Difficulty.
